[Insight-users] Mutual Information Error

Actually, I was just trying some things out still after my last e-mail, 
and even when using the same image for both the fixed and moving images 
I still get the same exception thrown, with 0/10000 samples matching. 
This just seems wrong to me, even if my image data is a little wrong. 
Could this still be caused by that or am I possibly doing something else 
wrong?

p.s. I also found a tiny stupid bug in ImageRegistration11... At the 
beginning when it checks the number of arguments it allows only 3, when 
really it should be 4 (it's also in ImageRegistration10). I'm sure you 
have better things to do, but at least now you know.
