[Insight-users] What kind of error does a zero buffered and largest possible region indicate ?

Hi,

what am I most likely doing wrong if an output of a filter has a zero
buffered and largest possible region while the requested region is set
correctly ?

The pointer to the output of a filter is created, but those regions are
empty.
I was wondering, if this is typical of a certain kind of mistake I am
making ?
