Hi Everyone,

I am trying to use Demons registration for
inter-subject MR brain image registration. I have some
questions about the parameter setting in Demons
method. 

filter->SetStandardDeviations( 1.0 );

this standardDeviation is trying to set the Gaussian
smoothing filter, which is used to smooth the
deformation field, right? 

Another question is how this parameter is set? Is
there any published papers which talked about this
parameter setting?  Any information is appreciated.
