Hi Pedro,

You don't need any special compilation option in order
to get DICOM support in ITK.

A configuration option used to be needed in the ITK
releases 1.8 and 1.6, but now, DICOM support is
provided by GDCM by default.

Please use ITK 2.0.1, or if you are willing to wait
8 days, you will be able to use ITK 2.2 that will
be released on August 30th.
