[Insight-users] matrix manipulation in ITK

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering is there a way in ITK which you can assign a
sub-matrix to a matrix so to avoid loops

for instance if you have a 4x4 matrix

and you want to exclude the first row and column and assign the
remaining 3x3 matrix to a 3x3 matrix.
