[Insight-users] regarding ITK

Hello, 
I am new to ITK and wanted to understand the capabilities of ITK. I
recently started using ANALYZE software which has some of your
algorithms. Is there a way to develop of modify ITK and integrate with
other commerical/non commerical softwares.

I have OpenVMS operating system V7.3-1, Can we use it there. I believe
I can have Python on the VMS sytem. I am not sure whether Tcl/TK will
run there. If anyone has more experience here please let me know
