[Insight-users] problem with 3d registration

Hi,

I need help with 3d registration: I'm trying to register 3d MR-images to 
a standard template (MNI) but I get weird results with all the sample 
programs (ImageRegistration... and MultiRes...); I tried to modify them 
but no improvement.
I went through the documentation I could find on the net...

Can anybody give me a hint or send me a sample program that work for 3d 
MRI to MRI registration?
