[Insight-users] comparison between non-rigid and rigid registration

Hi all,
I'm trying to compare non-rigid  B-spline registration with MI based
affine registration for  dynamic contrast breast mri data. Here  what
should be the criteria used to decide on the quality of registration 
for the time series (bear in mind that the difference between the 
volumes in the series is due to  two things motion + contrast agent).
