[Insight-users] Use of Python wrapped itkImageRegionIterator

I am having some difficulty using the Python wrapped 
itkImageRegionIterator class.  Specifically, I am not quite sure of the 
syntax used to instantiate the class in Python.  Any help (ideally, a 
Python script analogous to ImageRegionIterator.cxx in 
Insight\Examples\Iterators) would be greatly appreciated.
