[Insight-users] Multi-Pages TIFF

Hello,

I've added support to multi-pages TIFF images in the current ITK cvs.
Read and write of 3D TIFF images are now supported. It seems that the
multi-pages TIFF images created by ImageJ (The java application from NIH) do
not have the correct TIFF tags. I've implemented a hack that seems to work
so far.
