[Insight-users] Build ITK failed

Hi, all,
I download itk from itk website. Firstly, I use CMake 1.8-patch 3 to configure it, and build for Visual Studio 6. There is one Warning: turning off implicit template instantiation.
Then I use Visual C++ to build it. There are many errors. The first error is "Utilities\DICOMParser\DICOMFile.h(51) : error C2039: 'string' : is not a member of '`global namespace'' ". There are also many other errors.
This situation occurs in both itk-1.6 and itk-1.8.
 
How can I build itk correctly?
