[Insight-users] CMake cannot run correctly

Hi All,

First, sorry for my poor English....:)
Is this milist the right place for beginner ? If so I hope you like to help me to overcome my problem?

Currently I work in Windows XP environment with MS Visual C++ 6.0 (MFC). I download InsightToolkit 1.6.0, extract it and try to make librery file by compiling it. But it stop when I try to make a project file with CMake. CMake stop responding in the stage "Performing test VCL_HAS_BOOL". 
So I have these question ?
1. What should I in order to make CMake run correctly?
2. Where can I get the the binary version (*.exe file) of  ITK that could install ITK library and header files? 
3. Must I use CMake to build project file instead of App MFC Wizard ?  If so, how can I jump to certain class in Class View tab like I did before in MSVC IDE ? 
4. How can I get the whole source contained in this milist ?
5. Is there anyone who willing to share their small program that implement ITK & MFC for beginner or where can I find the source as a good start to learn?
