work in Windows XP environment with MS Visual C++ 6.0 (MFC). I download
InsightToolkit 1.6.0, extract it and try to make librery file by compiling
it. But it stop when I try to make a project file with CMake. CMake stop
responding in the stage "Performing test
VCL_HAS_BOOL". </FONT></FONT></DIV>

question ?</FONT></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>1. What should I in order to make CMake
run correctly?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>2. Where can I get the the binary
version (*.exe file) of ITK that could install ITK library and
header files? </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>3. Must I use CMake to build
project file instead of App MFC Wizard ? If so, how can I jump to certain
class in Class View tab like I did before in MSVC IDE ? </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>4. How can I get the whole source
contained in this milist ?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>5. Is there anyone who willing to share
their small program that implement ITK & MFC for beginner or
