[Insight-users] Help with compile the ImageViewer

Hi Luis,

When I build the Insight Applications , I did not enable the VTK,  and I did
not try the CVS version of ITK.

I really have no idea why it does not build in my Mac.


By the way when I build the the Insight Application , the option of
ITK_FLTK_RESOURCE , which one I should choose.
