Hi there,
I have one more thing to add to this question:

In all the SortBy... methods, there does not appear to be a way of
discarding certain filenames that do not meet a certain criteria.
I want to know how to do this.

Subject: Extracting specific volume from series using Echo time

Hi there,
I have PD/T2 images that are part of the same series but PD can be
distinguished from T2 using the echo time.
My questions are:

How do I modify DicomSeriesFileNames to only extract the filenames that
correspond to echo time that is less than some value (say 30). Is there any
other file I need to modify to get this done?
Once I have these filenames [which pass the echo time criteria], I would
like to arrange these based on Image Position or Slice Location to get a 3D
image. The DICOM tag for echo time is 0018,0081.
Since I want to be able to do this on a routine basis, I would like to code
this in ITK instead of using a standard package like MRIconvert.
Let me know.
Thanks
Radhika
