If this operation still doesn't work for you,
then please double check that your machine can
access the port 2401, and that your DNS server
is capable of recognizing "www.itk.org".

As *desperate* options you could try replacing:
"www.itk.org" with  "public.kitware.com" or with the
equivalent IP address: 24.97.130.19.

Note that certain paranoid firewall configurations
block the CVS ports to the outside world. You may
want to check with your system administrator if
thats the case for your site.
