[Insight-users] Registration

Hi,
  
   I'm new ITK user. I have a requirement to register
fMRI images with MRI volume. As I was reading ITK
documentation, I found that ITK has registration
algorithms such as MI for rigid body transformation of
MRI - MRI. I wonder whether these algorithms can be
used for MRI and fMRI registration.

And if can be used, do I need to do any modifications
inorder to use for my requirement?
