Hi, I am trying to use ITK's level set pde solver in a non-segmentation algorithm. But I seem to have very strange results for very basic curvature flow. One thing that comes to my mind is the question of boundaries. Do you have to have a closed surface in order to be able to use itk's level set solver? Thanks all, Ender
