   You need a special kind of http proxy.  That is, the http proxy should support "Connect mode". Most http proxies do not support "connect mode".
   Try using the software "ProxyExpert" to test whether your http proxy support "connect mode" .
   For your convenience, try this proxy :202.104.153.66:3128 at HTTP

  I use the winCVS to access the CVS server. However, I need access the internet by a proxy which only support HTTP. I set the proxy in the winCVS, but when I link to the CVS server  I alwayse receive the "no response" error information. Could anybody tell me if the WinCVS supprot the HTTP proxy?
