Hi Yixun,

You don't really need to run CMake twice.

In principle you can do it in a single pass
by enabling ITK_CSWIG_JAVA from the start.

However, I usually find more convenient to
do this in two steps because in that way, because
if any difficulty appears in the process, it is
easier to identify the source. That is, you can
separate the pure ITK configuration from any
potential difficulty with the wrapping.

Note that running CMake twice is insignificant
in time compared to the time it takes to build
the wrapping for Java.

Please feel free to go ahead and enable the
wrapping from the first configuration.
