[Insight-users] still have problems with Applications

Hi Marc,

It is clear that your CVS checkout is not updating at all

Please erase the entire source tree and
checkout the source code from scratch again.

Also, avoid building In-Source, right now you are
trying to build the toolkit in the same directory
where the source code is.  It is better to build
in a separate directory.
