[Insight-users] wincvs 1.3 setting

Hi,
I got a ***** CVS exited normally with code 1 ***** with wincvs 1.3. See below,
//
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs at www.itk.org:/cvsroot/Insight login
Logging in to :pserver:anoncvs at www.itk.org:2401:/cvsroot/Insight
PAM authenticate error: User not known to the underlying authentication module
cvs [login aborted]: authorization failed: server www.itk.org rejected
access to /cvsroot/Insight for user anoncvs
***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

I try to follow the instruction from
http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-users/2004-May/008533.html but
version 1.3 no longer has 'General' tab under Admin.
Btw, Can I have a cvs version and 1.81 coexist on the same pc? Thanks
