The best full body datasets that you can find are the
Visible Human and Visible Woman datasets distributed
by the U.S. National Library of Medicine.

You will find instructions on how to obtain the data in
the following link

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/visible/getting_data.html

The data is distributed for free. You just need to sign
a form and describe how you intend to use the data.
