[Insight-users] Help acquire executable ITK program

I do not understand how software programming works. Naturally, I did not =
succed in transforming all what I downoaded CMake, ITK... into =
executable programs despite my efforts. This was not a surprise to me.
Can somebody help me acquire exe application programs of ITK or give =
details for a novice like me how to do it (step by step on a windows =
platform with visual studio 6.0).
It will be a great help to me.=20
