[Insight-users] Tools based on ITK.

Hello,

One place to look is the Examples section of the Insight CVS repository.
These are mostly proof-of-concept applications, but more sophisticated
programs are trickling in all the time.  A fairly extensive segmentation
tool will be available in that space in a few weeks.
