[Insight-developers] Instructions on building/rebuilding the ITK Software Guide

I have gotten through the first pass of building the Software Guide, but
it has this complaint:

'ITKSoftwareGuide'
[ 58%] Performing build step for 'ITKSoftwareGuide'
[  0%] Built target ITKSoftwareGuideFetchData
[ 50%] Built target BuildTexFiles

[100%] Built target SoftwareGuideExamples
make[6]: *** No rule to make target
`SoftwareGuide/Art/3DregionGrowingScreenshot1.eps', needed by
`SoftwareGuideArt'.  Stop.

Is it possible to rebuild that art? How?
