[Insight-developers] [Community] FastChamferDistanceImageFilterTest failure with Intel ICPC compiler?

Completely unrelated.  I tried the old code and got the same results,
which, if you look at the patch, makes sense.  The code is functionally
identical -- the change made was to suppress a warning.
