[Insight-developers] New build failures on farsight-mint gcc-461-x64-nightly-rel-vtk5

vxl does not have a good track record for backward compatibility. I would
avoid upgrading to a new version unless ITK can benefit from it.

That siad, it is good to know when they break their API. But such
dashboards should not be in the Nightly Expected section.
