[Insight-developers] main filter itkPhysicsBasedNonRigidRegistrationMethod not available in ITK4.2.1

Hi Yixun,

ITK uses a common release numbering system:

4 <- Major version.  Bumped for major refactoring and backwards
compatibility breaking changes.
2 <- Minor version.  New features are added.
1 <- Patch version.  Bug fixes are applied.

The itkPhysicsBasedNonRigidRegistrationMethod is current merged into
master and it will be available in v4.3.0 (the next feature release).
