[Insight-developers] main filter itkPhysicsBasedNonRigidRegistrationMethod not available in ITK4.2.1

Hi Dr. Matt Mccormick,

Several months ago, we created a topic A2D2PBNRR and made some change
to the main filter itkPhysicsBasedNonRigidRegistrationMethod.
I just downloaded ITK4.2.1, but do not found this filter.
It seems this topic is not merged into the main branch in the new release.
Would you please check this?
