[Insight-developers] Final Dashboard fixed for ITK4.2 RC 2

Hi Brad,

I have verified master WrapITK builds with linux/gcc/make.

My vote is for tagging the next RC with a note about VS8 issues
without backing out any patches.  Next week's RC will come soon ...
