[Insight-developers] ITK packaging

Folks,

I just did an experiment with ITKv4 packing.

1) In my ITK build dir I did
make package
2) I created a new directory and extracted the tar file created by the
packaging.
3) I built the ITKWikiExamples against the packaged ITK

Although it has not completed yet, the examples seem to be building fine.

The Slicer4 packaging must have additional requirements for its third
party software.
