[Insight-developers] Packaging ITKv4

Jc,
I'm a complete newbie to the install/packing issues. The first step is
to see if ITK is package-enabled. I assumed I could just set the
proper install prefix for ITKv4 and all would be fine. Now I see it is
a bit more complicated and probably beyond my pay grade.
