[Insight-developers] Server Room Issues: This is affecting JIRA

I wanted to let you know that we have been having some issues with networking and server room issues.  This is affecting the issues.itk.org web server (I.e. JIRA).  I want to let you know that our systems administrators are monitoring this closely and attempting to to resolve this issue expeditiously.

We will keep you informed.
