[Insight-developers] ITKv4 BETA TAG

Luis,

I agree that the dashboard is in pretty good shape. I think a beta tag is
justified. An on-schedule beta is a positive thing.

There are no problems that I see to keep our beta testers (the A2D2's) from
kicking the tires.

We should discuss at tomorrow's t-con the next steps:

1) Should we fix a few more problems and tag another beta
0r
2) Open the floodgates.
