[Insight-developers] ITKv4 BETA TAG

Following the release schedule,
we will be tagging ITKv4 BETA today
using the Nightly hash corresponding
to today's nightly Dashboard.

There are several blemishes in the
Dashboard, but they don't seem to
be worth delaying the beta tag, and
we need to start cutting materials for
the MICCAI tutorials.


Please share with the group any
objections if you have them.
