Luis,
I agree that tagging is cheap. Let's do it, but we need to alert the Slicer team that 3.20.1 is not sufficient for their needs, and they should not spend time trying to use it.
Once the IO testing is ready, then a new tag can be created.

We can always tag a "3.20.2" once that IO patch becomes available.
Tagging is quite an inexpensive operation,
so there is no harm in doing two tags.
