[Insight-developers] Do we need a 3.20.1 tag?

Hi Bill, JC, Arnaud,
I think it is long overdue, too. Hans also mentioned it at the Friday
TCon, and there are messages on the insight-user's mailing list about
failures that have been fixed for newer compilers.
I will talk with Luis and Brad K. tomorrow about cutting a release.
It will be the first one since the Git transition, so after the
mechanics are worked out, they will hopefully come fast and easy.
