[Insight-developers] Kitware Robots still appear to be dead

All of this discussion is valuable.

What have we learned:

1) Some ITK tests are producing way too much output. The big violators
are repaired in the gerrit patch:
http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,3031
2) Tests that have valuable output even if they pass should output the string
CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT
on their stdout. A patch needs to be created for at a minimum
itkSystemInformationTest and itkNumericTraitsTest

What we don't know yet.
1) Are there other passing tests that are producing either bogus
output of more output than is necessary.
2) Are there other tests that should use CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT
3) Is the large text output of ITK tests the root cause for the
factory build/cdash problems?

Dave C., if you send be the text file with the output file lengths,
I'll be happy to investigate the unknowns.
