Those two tests in particular should emit the string literal
"CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT" on their stdout stream. It should also do it near the
beginning of the stdout output of the test, so that CTest finds it quickly
as it scans the output stream.
CTest will see that and preserve all the output just from those two tests.
The remainder of the tests may have their output truncated at the 1k level.
