[Insight-developers] interpreting DART/ctest error

I answered my question - I've found where the regression tests are run
in itkTestDriverInclude.h, and can see that this error is reporting the
number of different pixels. I'd thought that these Dart tests were run
server-side using a different toolkit, but see now they're a part of
ITK.
