[Insight-developers] vxl build options for itk video

So now I have tested building ITKVideoBridgeVXL with vxl-1.14.0.
Note that once ITKVideoBridgeVXL is turned on, ITK uses system/external
installed VXL libraries (including
the vnl libraires) . Therefore, the BUILD_CORE_NUMERICS needs to be turned
on as well to provide vnl libraries
to ITKCommon.

So, in summary, the minimum libraries needed in VXL configuration to build
ITKVideoBridgeVXL are:


   - BUILD_CORE_VIDEO
   - BUILD_CORE_UTILITIES (contains vil)
   - BUILD_CORE_IMAGING (contains vul)
   - BUILD_CORE_NUMERICS(contains vnl)


Also make sure you have FFMPEG installed :

   -      FFMPEG_avcodec_LIBRARY
   -      FFMPEG_avformat_LIBRARY
   -      FFMPEG_avutil_LIBRARY
   -      FFMPEG_swscale_LIBRARY
