[Insight-developers] vxl build options for itk video

Hmm, the following cmake configuration seems to be working for me to
build vxl-1.14.0:

     CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=-D__STDC_CONSTANT_MACROS

(according to http://code.google.com/p/ffmpegsource/issues/detail?id=11)
