[Insight-developers] LabelMapOverLay vs ScalarRGBColormap range

Hi Brad,
Would it help that even though the internal calculations of the colormap functions
are in [0,1], the user can set an arbitrary output range through the variables
m_MinimumRGBComponentValue
m_MaximumRGBComponentValue
?
