[Insight-developers] LabelMapOverLay vs ScalarRGBColormap range

Hello,

I was just looking at these two filters. LabelMapOverlay outputs RGB pixels in the range [0,255] while ScalarToRGBColormap outputs to the range [0,1].  I have not looked through other similar color mapping like filters. But it would be very nice if this could be consistent across ITK.

My preference and I think what would make the most sense for SimpleIT is to output uint8 so the range is 0 to 255. 

These two classes are different in that one deals with discrete labels and the other is a continuous range, but it would be very nice if this was consistent.
