[Insight-developers] SimpleITK: Build errors on the dashboard

Dan,

It looks like we have managed to resolve most of the build errors on the SimpleITK dashboard.

We still have the open issue of not actually having coverage for the coverage build. 

Additionally, it looks like "winxp.mayo.edu" has an old version of ITK causing the IO.SeriesReader test to fail.
