For the record, the KWSys has a test for hash map that works everywhere
that CMake works which is a lot more places than ITK.  The failures
we see are with "long long" and "__int64" types which were not included
in the test.  This limitation is addressed by the change under review
in Gerrit, but the status quo is far from "not tested and not portable".

Anyway, what commit hash should be tagged?
