[Insight-developers] Latex code for style guide

I¹m working on some automated methods for maintaining (or at least greatly
facilitating) the ITK4 style.

As discussed on the last T-CON, an ambiguity in the style definition needs
to be addressed and made more clear.  This is fully documented on the WIKI
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITKv4_StyleChangeProposal

I¹d like to have access to the style guide latex source so that I can update
that to include this new policy.
