I believe so, though they are likely not the exact same version, just as
they are not the exact same version between Xcode 3.2.2 and 3.2.3.

True. The other hint is that there are no failures at all in debug and
only failures in release.

I added it to the ITK4 wishlist, but I'd love to see support earlier.
