Bill, Sean,
Looking at the errors,
There seems to be a pattern of NaNs
in basic computations.
We have:
itkVectorConfidenceConnectedImageFilterTest<http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testSummary.php?project=2&name=itkVectorConfidenceConnectedImageFilterTest&date=2010-06-30>
and
itkChiSquareDistributionTest<http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testSummary.php?project=2&name=itkChiSquareDistributionTest&date=2010-06-30>
This one is failing due to NANs:
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testDetails.php?test=58348665&build=652081
itkGaussianDistributionTest<http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testSummary.php?project=2&name=itkGaussianDistributionTest&date=2010-06-30>
with more NaNs
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testDetails.php?test=58348666&build=652081
itkTDistributionTest<http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testSummary.php?project=2&name=itkTDistributionTest&date=2010-06-30>
with more NaNs
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testDetails.php?test=58348667&build=652081
vnl_test_gamma<http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testSummary.php?project=2&name=vnl_test_gamma&date=2010-06-30>
and more NANs
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/testDetails.php?test=58348663&build=652081
This last four test have in common that
they relate to basic math functions...
I'll give it a shot at building with LLVM on Linux,
but... if there is nothing obvious in the first hour,
I will vote for cutting the release as it is,
and then patching ITK 3.20 for LLVM once
we figure out the source of the problem.
Any objections ?
Luis
